Is this ap this bad on purpose?

This ap cant possible be this bad by accident or just shear incompetence? Can it?
It constantly crashes or simply wont open at all.
This ap feels like it was created by the same simpletons who program that god awful morning show!
The location of the "Podcast" is just idiotic as its in the way while scrolling causing page jumps.
What a clown show this entire station is.
